Living Holy Week at Home During Covid~19

Holy Week Confessions

Msgr. Richter and Fr. Hochhalter will be

available for Confession times at the following times:

Saturday, April 4: 4:00 - 5:00 pm 

Sunday, April 5: 1:00 - 3:00 pm

Monday, April 6: 5:00 - 7:00 pm

Tuesday, April 7: 5:00 - 7:00 pm

 Wednesday, April 8: 5:00 - 7:00 pm

 

Holy Week Liturgies

 

Palm Sunday:

Mass at Queen of Peace will be livestreamed at 10:00 am. 

Palms will be blessed and available for pick up between Saturday, April 4 at 4:00 pm

and Monday, April 6 at 4:00 pm.

Holy Thursday:

Mass at Queen of Peace will be livestreamed at 7:00 pm.

 

Good Friday:

There will be no Good Friday service livestreamed at Queen of Peace.

The Good Friday service will be on EWTN at 9:00 am, 12:30 pm, and 10:00 pm.

For those who wish to honor the Lord's Passion in their homes on Good Friday, Msgr. Richter recommends that families read the Passion of Jesus according to the Gospel of John, which is Chapters 18-19. Families should then pray the stations of the Cross. At the 12th Station, the family members kiss the family Crucifix.

Holy Saturday (Easter Vigil): 

There will be no Easter Vigil Mass livestreamed at Queen of Peace.

The Easter Vigil Mass will be on EWTN at 12:30 pm, 6:00 pm, and 9:00 pm.

Easter Sunday:

Mass will be Livestreamed from Queen of Peace at 10:00 am.

ATTENTION TO ALL VISITORS OF QUEEN OF PEACE

Some  construction work will be taking place in the Sanctuary of Queen of Peace. All are still welcome to come to pray but if you want to be in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament you will need to use the Adoration Chapel. Please enter through the North entrance of the Church. The Church is open each day from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
