Queen of Peace
The Queen of Peace
Before mass, on May 1, our new statue of the Queen of Peace, our patroness, was dedicated and crowned. This statue is dedicated in gratitude to God for June Peters, Karen Murtha, and Bobbie Kennedy their years of musical service to Queen of Peace Catholic Church.
Please join us for
a prayerful time of resting and receiving from the Presence of Jesus exposed on the main altar.
This time of Eucharistic Adoration will be on every Friday until May 21, from 7-8:00pm. All are welcome!

Fr. Pierre-Jean de Smet, SJ
The Jesuit missionary Fr. de Smet met, befriended, and evangelized nearly every native tribe west of the Mississippi in the mid-19th century and, as Tom and Noëlle Crowe tell us, was prized among nearly everyone for his joy, his wisdom, his holiness, and his tirelessness in bringing Christ to all he could meet.
